All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to make changes. Please contact our team at boozehoundapparel@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Orders received before noon (GMT) Monday - Friday will be dispatched either same day or next working day.

Pre-orders will dispatch one day after they are in stock.

Orders are only tracked if you choose Express or tracked shipping at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery and see the expected arrival date.

Please note that standard shipping does not include tracking.

However, once we hand of the items to An Post it is out of our hands and there may be some delays on their end which unfortunately we have no control over.

We’ve noticed that customers in the UK, in particular, are increasingly encountering extra charges, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control.
